1 Week 1 Goal: No Processed Foods

As sad as it is to say, we can no longer trust companies to feed us pure foods. So many businesses sacrifice our health for their money and it is effecting us. So I say we ditch the packaged and processed foods and feed ourselves wholesome REAL FOOD!

With this pact, you agree that for 1 week (in my case it’ll be April 9-15) you will try your best to only eat the foods on the list! This includes:

  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Grains
  • Legumes

I recommend that you find a local produce market to stock up on the above! They offer great prices for locally grown foods…which is a bonus for you and the environment! Make sure that you have enough for the week!

By doing this challenge, you have to be creative! Don’t just eat salads and fruit…try new recipes! You’ll be amazed at how amazing the flavors are! Also, don’t just buy the food you know. Get out of your comfort zone and try something new! Bok choy? Star fruit? Spaghetti Squash? Anything that you’ve never heard of…throw it in the basket and find a recipe! You might just find a new favorite!

So make the pact! For just 1 week!
