I occasionally fall into a style traps – sometimes I do my hair the same way for a few days straight, or wear iterations of the same outfit. Today for instance was yet another navy-on-navy day. Perhaps I am just a creature of habit…
T-shirt: Banana Republic (last summer) Skirt: Old Navy (last summer – actually a empire-waist maxi dress. Still haven’t formally altered the dress, so I am still tucking the top portion into the empire waist, which I then move down to my real waist, giving me the extra length I need in a skirt – last seen here) [similar] Necklace: Z Designs Bracelet: Cassis [similar] Purse: Vieta [similar] Shoes: Matiko ‘Sloan’ Wedges (also available here)
Naturally, I didn’t wear these shoes out into the snow (as per last Thursday’s post).
I am so happy I finally figured out how to take half-decent photos indoors. It makes my life so much easier on cold and/or snowy days.
Plaid shirt: Jones New York, thrifted (similar) Lace top: H&M, worn backwards – you can see the tag in a few shots Sweater Vest: Bootlegger, haven’t worn this in ages (similar) Pants: H&M (similar here and here) Necklace: Amrita Singh (similar here and here) Cuff: Lulu’s (similar and here) Bag: Winners (similar here and here) Shoes: Matiko ‘Sloan’ Wedge
Not much to say today other than I HATE TRAFFIC!!!!
